"the website was a pain to use"
i tried shopping on lullabylane.com.au, but the site was frustrating. pages were slow to load, the menus weren’t very clear, and i felt like i had to click around way too much just to find basic things.
the checkout process didn’t help either. it felt clunky, and half the time i wasn’t really sure what step i was on or what was happening. i ended up giving up before placing an order, so overall it wasn’t a great experience

"Easy return, refund took its sweet time"
I had to return something to lullabylane.com.au because I apparently decided guessing the size was a brilliant strategy. The return process was actually straightforward, and customer support got back to me after about a day, which was fine.
The refund did come through, but it took around a week, so not exactly lightning speed. Still, it wasn’t a huge hassle, and I’d probably order from them again, just maybe with the wild idea of checking the sizing properly next time

"I really wanted to like this place..."
I really wanted to like this place because the items are cute, but the prices feel way too high for the quality you get. I walked away feeling like I overpaid, and it’s frustrating enough that I’d probably bring it up with customer service before shopping here again...
